1. Withdrawal Form All students who are leaving the MS this year will need to complete a Withdrawal Form. This form is available in the MS Office. Students will need to obtain signatures from teachers, the library, etc. to show that they have returned their materials, books, etc. as part of their final checkout process. This form should be completed by Wednesday, June 10. Lost and Found As summer break approaches, we kindly ask that all students visit the MS Lost and Found area (located in the SkyBridge) to check for any missing personal items (clothing, shoes, water bottles, etc.
